How the service works
When you request a private jet charter Aspen quote through this site, we act as your agent to source an aircraft and operator. We are not the operator. The flight itself is performed by an FAA Part 135 air carrier that holds operational control, meaning the operator has final authority over the flight and is responsible for crew, maintenance, and safety.
We present options and pricing based on the information you provide and on aircraft availability at the time of your inquiry. We do not own or operate aircraft. Our role is to match your trip with a suitable operator and to pass along the terms of that operator's contract.
Quotes are estimates until confirmed
Prices shown on this site, including route examples such as Los Angeles to Aspen from $7,000 to $10,500, are estimates for planning. They are not binding offers. Final pricing depends on the specific aircraft, operator, date, passenger count, and any additional services, and is confirmed only when the operator issues a quote or contract.
Aspen-Pitkin County Airport (KASE) sits at 7,820 feet with an 8,006-foot runway, and summer density altitude can reach 11,000 feet or more. Those conditions can affect aircraft performance and may limit which operators can serve your trip, which in turn affects the estimate.
Payment and the operator's terms
Payment terms, deposit requirements, and cancellation policies are set by the operator, not by us. When you accept a quote, you will enter into an agreement with the operator, and that contract governs your rights and obligations, including any refunds or change fees.
We will provide the operator's terms before you commit. Read them carefully. Cancellation windows and penalties vary by operator and aircraft, and weather or other disruptions may be handled differently depending on the contract.
Taxes and fees
Quotes typically include federal excise tax and segment fees as required by law, along with any operator-specific charges. Some airports also assess landing, handling, or overnight fees, which may be passed through by the operator.
We will itemize known taxes and fees in your quote so you can see what is included. Any changes in tax law or airport charges after the quote is issued will be reflected in the final invoice from the operator.
Limitation of liability
We arrange transportation but do not control the aircraft or its operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your charter is limited to the amount of our service fee for that booking.
The operator is responsible for the flight and carries insurance as required by FAA regulations. Any claims related to the flight itself, including delays, diversions, or baggage, are subject to the operator's contract and its liability limits.
Your responsibilities and updates
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger and luggage information and for meeting identification and documentation requirements. Changes to your itinerary may affect pricing and availability and must be agreed with the operator.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you request a quote applies to that request. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
